I Can't Remember!!!

We were all lying in bed this morning talking and we had a very funny conversation. It went like this:

Mom: Hey guess what tomorrow is?

Kids: DAD'S BIRTHDAY!!

Justice: Dad how old are you going to be tomorrow?

Dad: I can't remember.

Justice: Well, how old are you now?

Maybe you just had to be there, but it was really funny.

New Additions to Our Family

This our dog Sally. She delivered seven puppies early Tuesday morning. This is really a funny story. A few weeks ago, I ran into our neighbor. She asked me if our dog was pregnant. I replied, "The black and white dog? Oh no she is fixed." About a week later, we were pulling out of the driveway and Wayne said, "Sally does not look very good." I said, "What do you mean?" He said, "She is pregnant!" Of course the conversation I had with our neighbor came back. I was in shock. I said, "I thought she had been fixed." He replied, "She is a mutt, Glenn (our friend) just gave her to us. She appeared at their house." In my mind I am thinking, what are we going to do with puppies? I have never had a dog that was pregnant, I had not a clue. Later I saw our neighbor and I had to let her know that Sally was having puppies because her little miniature Dotson was the daddy. She said, "Let me know when she is having them and I will come help." Again, "Help, we will need help?" I thought dogs just went and had their puppies. Which Sally did, she did not need help, thank goodness.
If any of you reading this blog would like a puppy just in time for Christmas, please let me know. Hopefully I will be glad to give them all away. They are so cute. All of them are black and white, as you can see in the picture.

Painting the House

Eden watching from inside wearing daddy's gloves.

Can you tell what this is?
Ila Beth's elephant.
I

Justice and Ila Beth had so much fun helping MaMa paint. They worked very hard and did a good job. My mom came over and painted for me. Thanks Mom! She spent one day painting our bedroom. When it was finished, I did not like the color at all. So my mom is coming back over to paint it again. I should have known better than to make any major decisions being 36 weeks pregnant. Our house is coming along great. I pray we get finished and decorated for Christmas before the baby is born. Your prayers will be greatly apreciated.

Our Baby is Growing Up!

Our little Eden is growing up so fast. I guess it is time. She will not be the baby much longer. I went past the bathroom today and found her at the sink on the step stool with her toothbrush and toothpaste.

Eden you are such a big girl, but you will always be my baby girl. I love you! Momma

Our Trip to Grossology

Justice and Ila Beth

Justice smelling bad breath!

They are loving the snot wad coming out of the nose!

Eden trying the Burp-O-Meter.

The Grossology Trip was, well Gross!! We did learn a lot about the body. This was our first home school group trip. Justice's favorite was the Snot Snot. He loved the wad of snot coming out of the nose. Ila Beth liked all of them. She could not decide on her favorite. I am sure Eden loved the Burp-O-Meter. Daddy took off work for the afternoon to go with us. That made us all happy. We had a good time.

Little Bit of Christmas 2008

This was my second year to do the Little Bit of Christmas Craft Fair. I had a great time, and did rather well. I shared a booth with my friend Amy Barrett and Amy Stanley.

These are some pictures of our booth.

I make Flower Headbands and Flower Hats. My flowers are on a clip so they can be interchanged with different headbands, hats, or worn alone. My mother is the seamstress. She makes burp cloths and tag blankets. My sister does custom Headband Stands. I also do personalized diaper bag tags. We also do embroidery and can personalize just about anything.

This is Eden modeling one of my hats.

If anyone is interested in a Flower Headband, Hat, Personalized Headband Stand, burp cloths, diaper bag tags or tag blankets please email me at statements@suddenlink.net.

I am working on an online store. It should be up and running soon!
